Geometry and society

We talked about Q-Methodology according to the text that we have been reading. During the classes I have been thinking what Geometry is. However, I have no a specific definition of geometry because, as we have been talking during all classes, mathematics is an abstract concept. 

Nevertheless, I know the importance of Maths and I consider everybody should knows that. This is the reason why I have been thinking about what we could do as teachers to increase this thought in our classes. 

However, I think it is not only a problem about students, it is too a problem about society.
